Scope
Kordyn provides a centrally hosted Discord bot, dashboard and supporting services. Configuration and entitlements are scoped to individual Discord servers.
Acceptable use
Users must follow Discord's terms and applicable law. Self-bots, credential sharing, harassment, abusive automation and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.
Community-authored tags
Community Tags v2 is a ready shared-content feature. Members may create only content they are permitted to publish and must not submit harassment, unlawful material, personal data, secrets, credentials, impersonation, misleading official notices or content that infringes third-party rights. A tag is posted publicly when another member runs it. Server managers remain responsible for selecting creator roles and moderating retained tags; they may edit, take over or delete any tag. Kordyn may reject or remove content, enforce finite plan quotas, suspend delegated creation or delete an author's tags when that member's data is erased.
Personal reminders
Reminder Inbox v2 is a ready convenience feature, not an alarm, emergency-notification or guaranteed-delivery service. A reminder note is stored and later posted visibly in the selected Discord channel while mentioning its owner, so members must not submit passwords, credentials, secrets, sensitive personal data, harassment or unlawful content. Deleted channels or source messages, permission changes, plan changes, Discord outages and safety controls may delay, limit or prevent delivery. Members remain responsible for checking important deadlines independently; Kordyn may enforce finite quotas, repeat counts, retry limits and retention rules for the active plan.
Scheduled community events
Recurring Event Series is a ready scheduling convenience, not a guaranteed invitation, attendance, emergency-notification or delivery service. Server managers remain responsible for event copy, location, timing, lawful role mentions, capacity and moderation. Discord limits, deleted resources, permission or plan changes, outages, daylight-saving transitions and safety controls may delay, pause or prevent an occurrence. Kordyn may enforce finite series, occurrence, lead-time, active-event, retry and retention limits. Managers should independently verify important events in Discord and must not place secrets, credentials, sensitive personal data, harassment or unlawful material in event templates.
Manual listing reminders
Growth Pulse is a ready reminder for a successful manual DISBOARD `/bump`; it is not an automatic bumping service. Server managers remain responsible for DISBOARD's current rules, the selected channel, reminder copy and lawful use of member or role mentions. They must not configure Kordyn or another account as a selfbot or use the feature to evade provider cooldowns. Provider copy, Discord permissions, outages and quiet hours may delay or prevent detection or delivery. Kordyn does not guarantee reminder timing, listing position, traffic, members or growth and is not affiliated with or endorsed by DISBOARD. Kordyn may pause the integration when provider behavior cannot be verified safely.
AFK return callbacks
AFK Return Inbox is a ready convenience feature, not a guaranteed messaging or emergency-notification service. Managers and members must use it lawfully and must not submit harassment, threats, secrets, credentials, sensitive personal data or illegal content as a private note. The AFK member may withhold consent for every session. Kordyn may cancel waiting notes after a plan downgrade or configuration change, and blocked DMs, Discord permissions, outages, expiry or safety controls may delay or prevent delivery. Server managers remain responsible for moderation and their server rules; Kordyn cannot read note content through the dashboard and does not promise delivery or retention beyond the active plan limits.
Customer bot credentials
Dedicated Custom Bot is an owner-only feature. The server owner is responsible for creating a separate Discord application, keeping its token confidential, enabling the required Discord intents and permissions, and immediately resetting the token in Discord if exposure is suspected. Disconnecting Kordyn does not itself revoke a token at Discord. The normal Kordyn bot remains required for the dashboard control path.
Patreon connection
Supporter Intelligence is an optional ready analytics connection. The Patreon creator authorizing it must control the connected campaigns and remains responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of Patreon membership data. Displayed amounts are currently entitled monthly values, not collected revenue, payouts, tax or accounting records. Patreon remains the system responsible for membership billing and its native Discord role synchronization. Kordyn may pause synchronization after authorization failure, provider limits, downgrade or unsafe configuration and makes no guarantee of real-time completeness.
Outbound webhook destinations
Server managers are responsible for controlling every Automation Webhook receiver, keeping its signing secret confidential, verifying Kordyn's timestamp and HMAC signature, processing stable delivery IDs idempotently and enabling member or Discord-resource identifier disclosure only with an appropriate lawful purpose. Receivers must not rely on exactly-once network delivery and must not use the endpoint to collect unnecessary personal data or secrets. Kordyn may pause or permanently fail unsafe, unavailable or rejecting destinations. The feature carries no delivery-time guarantee.
Inbound webhook senders
Server managers are responsible for controlling every sender connected to an inbound Automation webhook, protecting its signing secret, using unique event IDs and an accurate clock, and submitting only the documented fixed scalar payload. Senders must not include personal data, credentials, payment details or other secrets. Delivery and processing are at least once rather than exactly once; managers must choose idempotent downstream actions and must not use this trigger for member-targeted moderation, role or direct-message effects. Kordyn may reject, pause or permanently fail invalid, replayed, over-quota or unsafe events. The feature carries no execution-time guarantee.
Virtual Rewards Store
Rewards Store coins and rewards exist only inside the configured Discord server and have no cash value, cash-out right or real-money purchase path. Server administrators are responsible for accurately describing, lawfully offering and actually delivering every manual reward they configure. Kordyn can record approval or return the virtual coin debit after rejection or a failed role delivery, but it cannot verify an off-platform fulfillment. Public production activation stays disabled until the published terms and live delivery drills are operator-approved.
Availability
The current milestone is an actively developed service without a guaranteed service level. Planned maintenance, provider outages and Discord API limits can affect availability.
AI-assisted previews
AI Assistant, Persona Studio, Knowledge Studio, AI Moderation, Ticket Copilot and Setup Copilot outputs or citations may be incomplete or incorrect and do not replace human judgment. Server administrators are responsible for the accuracy, rights and lawful content of personas, knowledge articles and setup goals they author. They may not configure a persona to impersonate a real person, Discord or server staff, a professional, public authority or emergency service, or to mislead members about its AI nature or powers. Ticket Copilot is advisory and cannot act on a ticket. Setup Copilot can only recommend allowlisted presets and Blueprints; it cannot apply, install, publish or activate them. Server staff remain responsible for reviewing every preview and for each separate action they choose to take.
Premium and billing
Production billing is not enabled. Prices, renewal rules, cancellation, refunds and tax treatment must be defined before a paid plan can be offered. The implemented Flex Credits workflow is complete; it must not be published or sold until the operator-approved terms define pack price, fulfillment, refund/revocation handling and any legally required withdrawal or expiry treatment.
Server removal
Server owners can remove the bot at any time. Authorized managers can export the server data from Settings. Once the bot is removed, the Discord server owner can permanently delete the tenant data through the guarded self-service workflow.
